Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Annette.
I am a proud Air Force veteran and systems engineer with more than 15 years of experience improving the systems and processes behind how work gets done. My career has taught me to ask the right questions, think critically about what is happening and why, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions that make work more effective.
Throughout my career, I’ve watched projects, programs, and businesses struggle—not because the problem was impossible to solve, but because a broken or missing process was making the work harder than it needed to be. Sometimes it is an extra spreadsheet, a manual handoff, or a workaround that everyone has simply accepted as normal. Other times, it is a process everyone knows isn’t working, but no one has the time or know-how to fix.
I started Chesapeake Operational Transformation after seeing the same pattern too many times: good people and good businesses being held back by problems that were fixable.
I don’t believe improving a business has to mean tearing everything apart and starting over. Some of the most meaningful improvements come from finding the right problem, understanding why it exists, and making a focused change that makes the work better.
